IMPORTANT:
YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT

The AF ScreenSaver is try-before-you-buy (trial software). This means:

1. All copyrights to AF ScreenSaver are exclusively owned by IntelegSoft

2. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved by IntelegSoft

3. Unregistered version AF ScreenSaver is fully functionally without time
limitations BUT you get register reminder, NAG-screen and you can work
with only one Flash movie file. If you want disable this limitations you register.

4. Once registered, the purchaser is granted a license to use AF ScreenSaver on
one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered AF ScreenSaver
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if
the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software
is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

5. AF ScreenSaver registration information may not be distributed outside
of the area of legal control of the person or persons who
purchased the original license.

6. The AF ScreenSaver unregistered trial version may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of AF ScreenSaver without
written permission from the copyright holder.

7. AF ScreenSaver IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

9. Installing and using AF ScreenSaver signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
AF ScreenSaver files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
